Prepayment is required before services are provided, unless a different procedure is agreed in the individual contract with the client. サービス提供前に前払い。個別契約により異なる場合があります。
Services begin within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed with the client. 支払い確認後、通常1〜3営業日以内にサービスを開始（特に合意がある場合を除く）。
If an individual agreement is concluded with the client, an extended refund guarantee may apply if the agreed Goal is not achieved at the end of the programme, subject to the client’s full performance of the conditions of such agreement (regular session attendance, conscientious performance of assignments, full disclosure of medical status). Such refunds are paid via alternative agreed channels (bank transfer, Wise, USDT) and are not connected with Stripe / PayPal chargeback procedures.
個別契約締結の場合、合意された目標がプログラム終了時に達成されない場合、お客様が当該契約の条件（定期的なセッション参加、課題の誠実な遂行、健康状態の完全開示）を完全に履行することを条件として、拡張返金保証が適用される場合があります。当該返金は代替の合意済みチャネル（銀行振込、Wise、USDT等）にて支払われ、Stripe / PayPalのチャージバック手続きとは関連しません。

Services begin at the scheduled date and time agreed with the client, as documented in the individual agreement / Annex No. 1 (Coaching Contract). クライアントと合意した日程・時間に開始（個別契約・付録1のコーチング契約に明記）。
The client is responsible for ensuring proper internet access and equipment. インターネット接続および機器の準備はクライアントの責任となります。
