Name: the «Perezagruzka» Programme — individual therapy for restoring the nervous system.
What is included:
- 4–8 individual therapy sessions online (Zoom), 60–90 minutes each
- Duration: 4–8 weeks depending on the case
- The provider’s own method — hypnocoaching, neurocoaching and stress work
- Burnout measured with the licensed MBI-GS Mind Garden instrument before and after the programme
- Anxiety and depression measured with standardised scales (PHQ-9 and others)
- An observation journal kept between sessions
- Hypnotic audio recordings for independent use
- Support between sessions through a secure communication channel
Price
The price is set individually during the free strategy call, based on the specific case and the agreed scope of work. The base price of the programme is from $1,000 USD (or the equivalent in another currency at the rate on the day of payment).
Payment terms: a single payment before the programme starts, or in two instalments (50% before the start, 50% before the midpoint), as agreed.

- The strategy call online (30–40 minutes) — discussing your case, checking mutual fit, agreeing scope and price
- Contract and invoice — once agreed, you receive the contract for electronic signature and a payment link
- Start of the programme — after the signed contract is received and payment is confirmed
Result guarantee
