Important note / 重要な注意: These services are not medical aid, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care, and do not replace consultation with licensed medical specialists. 本サービスは医療行為、心理療法、精神医療ではなく、医療専門家への相談に代わるものではありません。
Delivery Method / 提供方法: Online delivery via video sessions (Zoom or equivalent), e-mail, or platform access. ビデオセッション（Zoom等）、Eメール、プラットフォームアクセスによるオンライン提供。
Service Language / サービス提供言語: Russian, English (Japanese on request). ロシア語、英語（日本語は応相談）。
3. Pricing / 価格

4. Payment Methods / 支払い方法

5. Payment Timing / 支払い時期
Prepayment is required before services are provided, unless a different procedure is agreed in the individual contract with the client. サービス提供前に前払い。個別契約により異なる場合があります。
Types of payment / 支払いの種類:
- Reservation fee — holds a place in the provider's schedule for 14 days. It is not payment for sessions and does not entitle the client to demand that sessions be held. / 予約金 — 14日間スケジュールの枠を確保するものであり、セッションの対価ではなく、役務の実施を請求する権利を生じさせません。
- Advance (part) payment towards the programme price. / 一部前払金 — プログラム料金の一部。
- Full payment of the programme price. / 全額前払金 — プログラム料金の全額。
Payment alone does not create an obligation to provide services / お支払いのみでは役務提供義務は生じません. That obligation arises only when all of the following are in place: the individual agreement is signed, the health questionnaire is completed, and the date of the first session is agreed. Until then the provider may decline to conclude the agreement (for example where contraindications are identified), returning the full amount received without deductions. / 個別契約の締結、健康状態に関する問診票の提出、初回セッション日程の合意がすべて揃った時点で初めて生じます。それまでは、提供者は契約締結を見合わせることができ（禁忌が判明した場合等）、受領済み金額を全額無控除で返金します。
6. Delivery Time / 引き渡し時期
Services typically begin within 7–14 days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed with the client. 支払い確認後、通常7〜14日以内にサービスを開始（特に合意がある場合を除く）。
7. Refunds & Cancellations / 返品・キャンセルについて
Standard rule / 基本ルール
- Refunds are possible only before services start (first session or programme begins). / サービス開始前のみ返金可能（初回セッション又はプログラム開始前）。
- Once services or digital materials are delivered, no refunds are made via the Payment Provider, except in cases of double charge or if the provider cannot deliver the service. / サービス又はデジタル教材提供後は、二重決済及び提供不能の場合を除き、決済事業者経由での返金不可。
- Cancellation of sessions requires notice at least 24 hours in advance. / セッションキャンセルは24時間前までに通知が必要。
Extended guarantee under individual agreement / 個別契約による拡張保証
If an individual agreement is concluded with the client, an extended refund guarantee may apply if the agreed Goal is not achieved at the end of the programme, subject to the client's full performance of the conditions of such agreement (regular session attendance, conscientious performance of assignments, full disclosure of medical status). Such refunds are paid via alternative agreed channels (bank transfer, Wise, USDT) and are not connected with any chargeback procedure of a Payment Provider.
個別契約締結の場合、合意された目標がプログラム終了時に達成されない場合、お客様が当該契約の条件（定期的なセッション参加、課題の誠実な遂行、健康状態の完全開示）を完全に履行することを条件として、拡張返金保証が適用される場合があります。当該返金は代替の合意済みチャネル（銀行振込、Wise、USDT等）にて支払われ、決済事業者のチャージバック手続きとは関連しません。
Reservation fee / 予約金の取扱い
- Withdrawal 7 or more days before the agreed first session, or before the reservation period expires — full refund less actual payment-provider fees. / 合意した初回セッションの7日前まで、又は予約期間満了前の撤回 — 決済事業者の実費手数料を除き全額返金。
- Later withdrawal — a deduction for the place held, only in the amount of the loss actually incurred and capped at 30% of the reservation fee. / それ以降の撤回 — 枠確保に係る実損の範囲内でのみ控除し、予約金の30%を上限とします。
- If the provider declines to conclude the agreement (including where contraindications are identified) — full refund, no deductions. / 提供者の判断により契約に至らない場合（禁忌が判明した場合を含む）— 全額返金・無控除。
Any such deduction is limited by Article 9 of the Consumer Contract Act (消費者契約法第9条): a cancellation charge is void to the extent it exceeds the average loss ordinarily incurred under contracts of the same kind. Where the calculated deduction exceeds that limit, the statutory limit applies. / 当該控除は消費者契約法第9条の制限を受けます。同種の契約において通常生ずる平均的な損害の額を超える部分は無効であり、算定額が当該上限を超える場合は法定の上限が適用されます。
Cooling-off / クーリング・オフ
These services are sold by distance selling (通信販売), for which the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions provides no statutory cooling-off period. 8. Service Start Time / サービス開始時期
Services begin at the scheduled date and time agreed with the client, as documented in the individual agreement / Annex No. 1 (Coaching Contract). クライアントと合意した日程・時間に開始（個別契約・付録1のコーチング契約に明記）。
9. System Requirements / 動作環境
- Stable internet connection (recommended ≥10 Mbps) / 安定したインターネット環境（推奨10Mbps以上）
- Device capable of video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) / ビデオ会議可能なデバイス（Zoom、Google Meet等）
- Microphone and camera (for video sessions) / マイク及びカメラ（ビデオセッション用）
The client is responsible for ensuring proper internet access and equipment. インターネット接続および機器の準備はクライアントの責任となります。
10. Governing Law / 準拠法
Japanese Law / 日本法.
Disputes are resolved as provided for in the Service Provider's Terms of Service and individual agreement with the client (if applicable). 紛争解決は提供者の利用規約及び（該当する場合）個別契約に従う。
